Confidentiality Policy
All information gathered about you and your child and held by the nursery is confidential. We store children's Registration Forms in a locked cabinet in the Office, and only management has access to this. The key workers will keep separate information in a Personal Learning Plan folder marked with the child's name. These folders will include All About Me Forms/Care Plans, Progress Reports, Observations, photos and pieces of work. These folders can be viewed at any time by parents and please feel free to discuss this with key workers and manager.
All staff are bound by our Confidentiality Policy, and may not discuss any child or family with anyone other than that family, either within nursery or outside.
